📦 Exchange Policy
- Local Orders (Pakistan):
- Products can be exchanged only through our Online Store.
- Items must be unused, with labels and tags intact.
- Exchanges are offered only if:
- The wrong product was delivered, or
- The product is faulty/damaged.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
- Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
- International Orders:
- Exchanges are not available, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.
- Sale Items:
- No exchanges are offered unless the wrong product was delivered.
🔄 Exchange Procedure
If you received the wrong item or a faulty/damaged product:
- Contact our Customer Service Team within 14 working days.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.

- Our representative will arrange the correct item for you.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible, and the exchange policy applies.
- Glamgirls.pk reserves the right to cancel orders if:
- The item is out of stock
- Pricing errors occur
- Payment is declined by the issuing bank
