📦 Exchange Policy

  • Local Orders (Pakistan):
    • Products can be exchanged only through our Online Store.
    • Items must be unused, with labels and tags intact.
    • Exchanges are offered only if:
      • The wrong product was delivered, or
      • The product is faulty/damaged.
    • Exchange requests must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
    • Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
  • International Orders:
    • Exchanges are not available, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.
  • Sale Items:
    • No exchanges are offered unless the wrong product was delivered.

🔄 Exchange Procedure

If you received the wrong item or a faulty/damaged product:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team within 14 working days.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Reach us via:

  4. Our representative will arrange the correct item for you.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible, and the exchange policy applies.
  • Glamgirls.pk reserves the right to cancel orders if:
    • The item is out of stock
    • Pricing errors occur
    • Payment is declined by the issuing bank
